We are delighted to host an online faculty masterclass exclusively for admitted students to provide an insight into the academic experience across the Finance Masters'.

The short and long run impact of COVID-19
David Miles - Professor of Financial Economics, will be discussing and considering what the impact of the pandemic might be upon developed economies in the near term and over longer horizons. 

Do Investors Care about Carbon Risk?
Marcin Kacperczyk - Professor of Finance, which will show empirical evidence on the question of whether the transition risk to green economies is incorporated into stock prices.

You will also have the opportunity to engage further with the Academic Directors of your programme, Lara Cathcart (Associate Professor of Finance) and James Sefton (Chair in Economics).
