Jan's research combines strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset to analyse the role of uncertainty for effective competitive strategies, market entry strategies, imitation and resource-allocation decisions. This work has relevance for firms seeking to navigate arising trade-offs in uncertain times, while building resilience and achieving sustainable business performance.
