Humans are natural-born followers. So it’s important that those of us who are willing, step up and demonstrate strong ethical behaviour.

That said, what does it mean to lead in an uncertain period? As we move through this pandemic crisis, what ethical challenges are leaders facing, and how can they manage them most effectively?

Join this online session delivered by Celia Moore, Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Imperial College Business School to hear her discuss why morality matters in uncertain times and how we make others feel included in an age of polarization. As well as sharing why leading ethically has become increasingly critical to organisational success.

Celia's teaching sits at the intersection of leadership and ethics, and she has worked with several organizations on how to support more ethical behavior at work. For more information about Celia's research, publications and professional career please click here
