With over twenty years leadership experience in the retail/luxury brands industry, Kimberley's corporate background provided firsthand experience of the high-pressured work environments typically faced by today's professionals.
She is an executive and systemic Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), delivering coaching and leadership group/team programmes as well being a career and personal development coach and mentor.
She coaches 1:1 and senior leadership teams across a wide range of clients and sectors including finance, technology, retail, professional services, media and charitable sectors. She recently ran the Global Talent Programme within Risk at UBS. Other roles include Interview Coach at Smartworks, Coach on the Leadership Programme for Uprising, the Leadership Programme for high performing talent at Executive Director level to Managing Director level at a leading financial institution and a contributor for Imperial College.
