We are pleased to invite you to the workshop Digital Acceleration towards Regenerative and Sustainable Value Ecosystems which will take place on Monday 11 September, from 9.00 to 14:00 CST in the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus.
Please note: The workshop will be in Spanish
The Centre for Digital Transformation, The Wicked Labs and the Leonardo Centre from Imperial College Business School have launched the STARS Initiative which aims to help organisations develop new leadership competencies to identify strategic challenges by collaborating with a network of experts to propose novel solutions towards regenerative ecosystems enabled by digital technologies.
A regenerative value ecosystem is a dynamic and resilient system that seeks to continually renew its capabilities and abilities to effectively orchestrate internal and external resources to positively impact the planet and society by providing novel solutions to strategic challenges to increase its competitive advantage.
The objective of the workshop is to identify the main challenges, gaps and opportunities to transform towards regenerative ecosystems. During this workshop, four activities will be carried out:
- Present and reflect on the main concepts behind regenerative value ecosystems enabled by Digital Technologies.
- Map the ecosystem including all the key agents and identify the main value chain challenges.
- Co-create a vision towards the future, discovering opportunities and envisioning innovative solutions.
- Design the future through the creation of a roadmap
The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Myrna Flores, Dr. Cristobal García and Dr. Nicolas Rebolledo from Imperial College Business School and the Royal College of Art in London in collaboration with Dr. Arturo Molina’s team from the Institute for Advanced Materials for Sustainable Manufacturing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
The workshop is free, and spaces are limited.
Don't miss it, we look forward to meeting you!
