Any F.R.I.E.N.D.S fans out there know what I’m talking about:

PlaneTravelling – that’s one of the perks of being part of the Millennial Generation. We have the freedom to change cities, move from one country to another, study at some of the most prestigious universities worldwide, and have a broad network of international friends, colleagues and acquaintances.

I think we should pay attention to every mile travelled, every stranger’s story heard, every sight seen, every new word in a different language learnt and every song heard or food tasted because life, after all, is a long journey and we never know where the next adventure or opportunity might come from.

Coming to London for a year is a dream come true for me. Originally coming from London BusBulgaria, and having spent four years studying in Scotland, I am ready to face the challenge of moving to this huge, diverse and vibrant city. I’m excited to become part of and contribute to London’s mixture of cultures, beliefs, food tastes, coffee lovers, adventurers and story tellers. As a fan of both good music and sports, I can’t wait to attend some of the best gigs, festivals or major events in world sport. It will also be exciting for me to see famous movie stars on the red carpet during premiers, and attend some spectacular theatre performances. Furthermore, I am happy to be able to find the right place in London for my every mood – from quiet neighborhoods and independent cosy coffee shops through centrally located parks, museums, international restaurants and pubs all the way to luxury cocktail bars.

London viewExcept for offering a wide variety of social events and venues, London is one of the top global academic cities and centres for business in the world. Situated in the heart of this megalopolis, Imperial College Business School offers numerous opportunities for its students to meet representatives of both large corporations and quickly growing businesses. Importantly, the university has been ranked 8th in the Times Higher Education World University Ranking 2016. I’m excited to study at Imperial because it will give me the opportunity to learn from world-class experts and alongsideImperial College Business School enthusiastic students coming from different backgrounds. The dynamic and competitive environment motivates me to succeed and meet the high requirements of the International Health Management programme. Finally, I believe the staff at Imperial will help me improve my career development skills and support me in achieving my career goals.

My advice – dream big, work hard, and don’t forget to have fun along the way!
