Leadership and team building
To kick-start your leadership journey, we offer a leadership day during your induction week. A fun day away from campus, you will spend time building core relationships with your MBA family – the team you will be working with for the next year.
The aim of this day is to encourage you to explore how individual characteristics affect leadership styles and how these styles can affect corporate culture. You will examine your own leadership and communication style, and learn how you can make rapid change to become an effective future leader.
The Personal Leadership Journey has been great in helping me learn where my strengths and weaknesses lie, understanding team dynamics and how different people learn and work.Bryon McCaugheyFull-Time MBA 2016-17Hear more from Bryon McCaughey

My trip to the conference is definitely one of the highlights of my year at Imperial. The inspirational speakers, an opportunity to meet business school students from around the world, and a chance to visit another country. The conference was a great experience and I don’t think I can thank the Business School enough for the opportunity.Anshu GroverFull-Time MBA, 2016-17Hear more from Anshu Grover
