Our initiatives championing diversity at the Business School

The 30% Club is a global campaign that launched in the UK in 2010 with a goal of achieving a minimum of 30% women on FTSE-100 boards and has since expended to include other organisations such as universities. It aims to create a better balance of men and women at all levels of organisations, with a particular focus on boards and governing bodies.

Imperial is among the first business schools to receive a Bronze Athena SWAN award for its work in tackling gender inequality in higher education, following the extension of Athena criteria. The award is organised by the Equality Challenge Unit (ECU), an organisation that works to further and support equality and diversity for staff and students in UK higher education.

Forté Foundation is a non-profit consortium of leading companies and top business schools working together to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers. We are also pleased to offer full access to Forté Foundation resources and services, in addition to Forté Foundation Fellowships of up to £26,000 for outstanding female students joining the Full-Time MBA programme.
