Student-led clubs and societies

Wherever your interests lie, there’s a club for you. Imperial College Union offers over 340 clubs, societies and projects – all are student-led and run.

You’re spoilt for choice: we offer one of the largest varieties of student-led activities of any university in the UK. If sport is your thing, your options include Imperial’s highly successful Boat Club. You might prefer societies which cover debating, choir, or advance your professional career goals, from Imperial Entrepreneurs to Bright Futures.

Want to benefit the community? Numerous opportunities to make a difference include Project Nepal. Or try something new? Our Give it a Go programme is a great way to broaden your horizons and meet new people.

I have taken part in a few events organised by the Data Science Society, such as workshops on various data science methodologies, and I will also be participating in my very first hackathon, which is organised by them. As someone who is very active, I have also been involved in training sessions organised by the Imperial College Cross-Country and Athletics Club.
