From the start you’ll be offered a host of events, from our school-wide quiz during induction to specific Business School events (talent show in February and sport event in summer). Also on the calendar: partying under a 25.2-metre long blue whale skeleton at the Business School welcome party at the Natural History Museum and spectacular Summer Ball.

Live lectures by hologram?
Everything is possible here. In 2018 we were the first university in the world to host lectures by hologram at our Women in Tech launch. Pioneering technology was developed in partnership with our Edtech Lab. It gave the College new capability to host round table events and invite expert guest speakers from across the globe to appear live in 3D – and take questions!

Due to the scale and global nature of London, I have been able to connect with alumni from my undergraduate university and also interact with them through different meetings.
