Born and raised in Italy, from an early age I have been interested in the way businesses are run, how they form strategies for innovation and technology driven markets. I chose the MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management because I have always had a strong interest in how to keep innovating within established organisations and how to convert a great idea into reality.
The programme has already met and exceeded my expectations, through visits at offsite incubators and multiple career workshops. Before accepting my offer at Imperial I had the chance to meet a few alumni at the university fair in Milan and through social media, I highly recommend to do so as it gave me invaluable insights of what it is like to study at Imperial College Business School. The choice of which university was very clear, I chose Imperial because of its prestigious ranking, global classrooms and most notably for all the extracurricular activities on offer.
I decided to apply for the Student Ambassador role because I have always believed that university should be a meeting point between students and staff. The programme will also allow me to build on my strengths by working on my communication and interpersonal skills. This, coupled with my enthusiasm for the university, encouraged me to apply for the position.
