Programmes to equip you for an outstanding career in finance

At Imperial College Business School we are committed to achieving gender parity and enabling tomorrow’s leaders to shape business and society in ways that will benefit everyone. We recognise the challenges for women in business, from the gender pay gap to the lack of women at board level and therefore we work to ensure that our suite of Finance Master’s programmes equip women with a toolkit of knowledge and practical skills to succeed and lead in the Finance sector. Celebrating women at Imperial College Business School – #BalanceforBetter

Gender equality is something that is indispensable to me, and the Women in Finance scholarship empowers women to bridge the gap and break the glass ceiling that exists in today’s global society. Through this scholarship initiative, Imperial College Business School is ultimately shaping the perception of women in the industry, and that is something I am honoured to be a part of.

“I am the President of the Women in Business Society, which I find very rewarding. It’s useful that we come from so many different programmes because we can all help each other when someone else on the committee is busy with work or job applications. We are just girls becoming friends really and helping each other grow.”
