The central focus of his research is in the areas of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Leadership, and Interpersonal Trust. His articles have been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behaviour & Human Decision Processes, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, among others.
Currently, he is actively involved in projects studying the impact of leader mindfulness on followers and understanding growth of leaders, specifically in start-ups. He teaches courses in Organizational Behaviour and Leadership at the graduate and undergraduate level.
Sankalp has been an integral part of the Gandhi Centre since his arrival, and will be facilitating Imperial’s current and expanding future strategic commitments in India in his new role. The integrated and multi-disciplinary approach of the Centre, together with Imperial’s world class expertise in applied research, provide a unique vehicle for corporate sector engagement – for undertaking research projects, executive education, corporate venturing, and the dissemination of next generation innovation practices.
