With around 3,110 bed spaces across London, Imperial has a wide range of accommodation and a knowledgeable and dedicated team of staff to look after all student and guest housing requirements.
The Student Hub team are the first port of call for all student accommodation related enquiries. They look after the room allocation process for our own halls as well as advising on private sector housing. The Reservations team look after bookings for our staff, guest and summer accommodation.
The Residential Services team are responsible for managing the facilities, services, maintenance and safety in our Halls of Residence, which are grouped in three Villages, each with a Village Manager and supporting Deputies, Senior Village Supervisors and Hall Supervisors. Each hall has its own wardening team who are responsible for the wellbeing of all student residents.
The team also manage College accommodation for returning students in Evelyn Gardens, close to South Kensington, and for postgraduate students at Silwood Park campus.
The Office of Financial Strategy's Commercial Operations also manage GradPad, a postgraduate accommodation venture for Imperial and other London university students.
