We offer a service whereby employers can hold interviews on campus for graduate or internship roles. Arranging first round interviews on campus is convenient to students, with interviewing facilities being available throughout the year.

How to arrange an interview session

Please contact Robert Carpenter (Employer Liaison Manager) on +44 (0)20 7594 8030 to discuss interview dates and room availability. Interview Rooms are available from 10:00 to 17:00 each day. We suggest you take lunch between 13:00 and 14:00 where a member of the Careers Service will be available to take you to lunch if you wish.

Interview schedules should be organised and communicated to candidates by you. Once the schedule is confirmed, we would ask you to send us a copy to refer to on the day.

On the day(s) of your interview session, please come to the Careers Service, Level 5 Sherfield Building, where you will be shown to your interview room(s). Students should also be asked to report directly to the Careers Service.

We can arrange car parking for interviewers. If you wish to book a space, please provide us with the following information three working days in advance of your visit:

  • Name of the driver
  • Car make
  • Model
  • Registration number

Interview costs

The Careers Service can offer one room at a cost of £120 + VAT per day.  We will invoice you for the total amount after your visit.

Additional interview rooms and larger testing facilities can also be booked via our Conference and Events team, please ask Robert Carpenter for further details.  Please note that the costs for extra rooms will be set by the Conference and Events team.
