In order to prioritise the safety of its staff, students, and visitors, Imperial has announced that it will focus on delivering a multi-mode approach in the autumn term, bringing together on-campus and online teaching and assessment.

As an alternative to running a physical recruitment presentation on-campus, you may want to run a recruitment webinar for Imperial College students. This is a good way to get your message across to students, interact with our students and keep your employer brand relevant on-campus whilst not actually coming onto campus.

We can run webinars throughout the academic year, and the Careers Service can offer various options for webinars, please see below for more details.

Webinar options & costs

The Careers Service uses Microsoft Teams and we can set up the event on this for you. Included with this option is - 

  • Use the Careers Service Portal (Microsoft Teams)
  • A member of the Careers Service will be on hand before, during and after the webinar to assist with any set-up, technical issues and subsequent support
  • We will record the webinar and, with your approval, add this to our series of webinars available to our students to view at any time after the event
  • Advertise your webinar on our events schedule and in our weekly careers events email
  • We will pre-register interested students for you
  • Access to Imperial College London students.
  • Cost = £250 + VAT.

Webinar using your own portal/system

If you wish to use your own portal to run a webinar, we offer 2 options - 

1. Webinar exclusively for Imperial College students - 

Included in this option is - 

  • Use your own portal
  • Advertise your webinar on our events schedule and in our weekly careers events email
  • Access to Imperial College London students.
  • Cost = £150 + VAT.

2. Webinar open to any student in London/UK/World - 

Included in this option is - 

  • Use your own portal
  • Advertise your webinar on our events schedule
  • Cost = FREE.

Promoting your webinar

In addition to the promotion included in your selected package you may wish to utilise our targeted emailing service.

Targeted emails are proven to be an effective way to reach out to your target audience, whether that be by department, year of study, level of study, gender, nationality, etc. This way you will have the most suitable audience for your webinar and increase the benefit for both yourselves and the attending students.
