AB  - High antistreptococcal antibody titer (ASOT) was measured in a 31-year-old Caucasian lady presenting with opsoclonus and myoclonus. She was treated with oral steroids and 8 weeks after the onset of symptoms she had anormal ASOT and only mild residual symptoms. This is one of the first cases of opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome developing, following a streptococcal infection in adults.
