Detailed joining instructions, including a map, will be sent to all participants 10-14 days prior to the commencement of the course. Places on these courses are limited, EARLY BOOKING IS ADVISED.
The fee covers tuition, a comprehensive set of notes, and lunches, but does not cover accommodation.
Please note all fees must be received before the course start date.
The course will be held at Silwood Park campus. It is one of the academic campuses of Imperial College London situated in the village of Sunninghill near Ascot in Berkshire.
It is possible that there may be rooms available on the campus. Please contact Andrew Greig in our Residence Office on 020 759 42212. Andrew will be able to give you information on the rooms available and make the booking for you. Unfortunately we are unable to make bookings on your behalf. Rooms are basic student accommodation only with shared facilities.

Getting to Silwood Park
Silwood Park is situated off the A30, via the A329 (Virginia Water to Reading) to the B383. The main entrance is on the left of the B383 (Windsor direction) about 300m north of the intersection with the A329 opposite Silwood Road.
The nearest railway stations are Ascot (3km) where there is a taxi rank, and Sunningdale (a shorter walk, 2 km, but no taxi rank). These stations are on the main line from London Waterloo to Reading (journey time 55 minutes).
A 20% administration fee will be levied for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the start of the course. Cancellations thereafter will be liable to the loss of the full fee. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by letter or fax and action will be taken to recover, from the delegates or their employers, that proportion of the fee owing at the time of cancellation.
Imperial College London reserves the right to cancel an advertised course at short notice. It will endeavour to provide participants with as much notice as possible, but will not accept liability for costs incurred by participants or their organisations for the cancellation of travel arrangements and/or accommodation reservations as a result of the course being cancelled or postponed. If a course is cancelled, fees will be refunded in full. Imperial College also reserves the right to postpone or make such alterations to the content of a course as may be necessary.
