Introducing Mindfulness for Students Workshop

Want to learn a way to increase self-awareness & resilience? Improve your working memory? Improve sleep? Reduce anxiety & depression? Research studies indicate that Mindfulness does all of this and more. Come along and try it out at this experiential workshop.

Undergraduate Stress Management Workshop

Do you feel stress impairs your wellbeing? The aim of this workshop is to explore and understand what triggers stress for you and how to develop practical methods for managing stress as an integral part of your lifestyle.

 

Procrastination Workshop

Do you struggle with procrastination? Do you off important tasks? Does this lead to you feeling stressed? The aim of this workshop is to explore and understand what procrastination might be for you and how to develop practical methods for combatting it.

 

Sleep Well Workshop

This workshop is suitable for students who would like to begin to change unhelpful sleeping habits.  The workshop aims to help improve sleep to allow students to start thinking about a new sleep routine in general terms
