Appointments with the Disability Advisory Service

Who can make an appointment with the Disability Advisory Service?

The Disability Advisory Service is open to all students and prospective students of the College, whether they have an established disability or are concerned that they may have an undiagnosed difficulty.

College staff wishing to discuss their disability should approach Occupational Health.

How long does an appointment last?

Appointments and screenings with disability advisors last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring any notes, documents or evidence that you feel may be useful or relevant. If you have evidence that you have not yet submitted to us, then please bring this with you so we can make a copy for our records.

How can I make an appointment?

Appointments can be requested by filling in the Online Booking Form below. Alternatively, you can email the Disability Team at Please include your CID number. It is also helpful to include your availability, especially if you have a busy timetable, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
