How your information is and will be communicated with staff in the college
Information provided to the Disability Advisory Service will never be shared with anyone who is not directly involved in your personal student experience, and will only be shared if you have signed a disclosure form when you met with a member of the DAS team. This can include, for example: the Departmental Disability Officer, the student accommodation office, or the Health Centre.
How your information is and will be communicated with your parents or carer or relations
Once you enroll as a student at Imperial College, the Disability Advisory Service will never discuss your disability with anyone in your family, unless we have been given specific, explicit, written consent to do so by yourself.
