I am fascinated about the power of mindfulness to impact our lives and relationships. By practicing yoga and meditation for several years, I have benefited so much! I started wondering about the potential it has to relieve people from physical and mental sufferings, and how we could promote mindfulness to spread more appreciation and compassion of other beings in the world. 

Also, as the President of the Graduate Student Union at Imperial, I serve my wider community of post-graduate fellows by working towards improving their well-being at all levels. Besides my PhD in mindfulness and environmental behaviour change, I am finalising a 2-year Yoga Teacher program because I love sharing the insights from my practice with others.
