 bstract was accepted have been invited to attend the meeting.\nPulmonary h
 ypertension is associated with a variety of diseases. In its rare forms of
  pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hype
 rtension the outcomes were terrible until the advent of new treatments in 
 the last twenty years. The success of the large international collaboratio
 ns which have delivered clinical and basic science studies\, and clinical 
 trials of outstanding quality this century underline the need for internat
 ional networking and collaboration by the next generation of scientists an
 d clinicians. This is the starting point for this initiative.
