Steve is a business turnaround expert and a major figure in the UK Travel Industry. Formerly holding senior positions at Kuoni and Thomas Cook and Head of eMiles at the loyalty and travel com pany Air Miles\, he now runs the UK’s largest online wholesale accommoda tion business Hotels4u.com.
