 ons in the City. His career has included holding senior positions in corpo
 rate governance and risk management at KPMG\, Morgan Stanley\, Fidelity In
 vestments and Lazard. \nAtula is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Risk
  Forum Committee of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments 
 and a member their disciplinary panel. He has been awarded the Freedom of 
 the City of London. Atula holds an Msc in Civil Engineering Hydrology and 
 started his career at Mott MacDonald\, consulting engineers.
