 scuits will be available from 17.00\, and the AGM commences at 17.30.\nThe
  proceedings include the retiring President’s report on the past year an
 d the election of the committee for the year ahead. \nThe new President t
 hen oversees the rest of the evening\; a brief ceremony in recognition o
 f student colours winners will follow and a guest speaker will be introd
 uced. The talk may be engineering-orientated but could be anything with br
 oad appeal. The venue for the President’s Evening is to be confirmed.\nF
