Anna has just become a Lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering and is in the process of establishing her group, the ‘Electrochemical Systems Laboratory’. Previously she was a postdoc in the Electrochemical Engineering research group in the same department. Her principal interests are in electrochemical energy conversion, solar fuels production, metal recovery from industrial effluents and generally in approaches that lead to a cleaner environment. Anna is the co-lead of the newly established Imperial Network of Excellence in Electrochemistry and is a champion in sustainable power (solar) at the Energy Futures Lab. See her website https://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/anna.hankin for more information.

The CPE Soft Electronic Materials is a seminar series funded by the CPE for PhDs, PostDocs and Fellows to present their research to open up discussion and collaboration. We aim to have speakers from all groups and areas of research within the CPE.
