Leading this interactive workshop, Kimberley Lotery, Leadership and Executive Coach, One Mind Coaching will focus on how to have better conversations with your team, how to understand dynamics in conflicts and get comfortable in resolving them.

You will come away with a practical ideas on how you can become a more efficient and empathetic leader, ready for the business world of tomorrow.

The workshop will include an introduction to leadership theories, then move to be more interactive, with the chance to apply this theory in group discussions. To get the most from this workshop we would ask all attendees to actively participate – so cameras on and be ready to share your thoughts! Meet Kimberley 

With over twenty years leadership experience in the retail/luxury brands industry, Kimberley’s corporate background provided first­hand experience of the high-pressured work environments typically faced by today’s professionals.

She is an executive and systemic Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), delivering coaching and leadership group/team programmes as well being a career and personal development coach and mentor.

She coaches 1:1 and senior leadership teams across a wide range of clients and sectors including finance, technology, retail, professional services, media and charitable sectors. Other roles include Interview Coach at Smartworks, Coach on the Leadership Programme for Uprising, the Leadership Programme for high performing talent at Executive Director level to Managing Director level at a leading financial institution and a contributor for Imperial College.
