DESCRIPTION:Diversity in climate innovation series: supporting the next gen
 eration of female cleantech pioneers in higher education\nHow far are we f
 rom gender parity in London’s climate innovation space? How can we bring
  more female students and researchers into the city’s climate positive s
 tart-ups? What are the current barriers faced by women in entering climate
  innovation?\nThis event is the first of the Diversity in Climate Innovati
 on event series organised as part of London Climate Action Week (26 June 
 – 4 July). The Diversity in Climate Innovation series will showcase the 
 importance of diversity and inclusion in tackling climate change challenge
 s in London and beyond.\nThis event will start with a panel discussion fea
 turing experts in the area of early-stage climate innovation support in Lo
 ndon universities. The panel will explore some of the key barriers faced b
 y early-stage female innovators in London universities\, as well as the ef
 fectiveness of existing support mechanisms in addressing these innovation 
 barriers. The panel discussion will then be followed by an interactive ses
 sion with the panel through a Q&A session.\n\n\n\n\nConfirmed speakers:\n\
