· The Chaplaincy Multi-Faith Centre will be hosting a mindfulness session for international students. Mindfulness helps us to become more aware of how we feel and how we perceive what’s happening.  This can help to reduce feelings of: being stressed or overwhelmed, struggling to concentrate, feeling like a failure. It can help you to stay calm, focused and better manage the pressures of life. Everyone can benefit from and enjoy Mindfulness. In the session there will be a short introduction into what Mindfulness is and we will explore a short body scan as well as counting breath meditation.
