 oining us at our Academic Skills Workshop. This session will help build yo
 ur competence and confidence in many of the academic skills you’ll need 
 at University.\nHosted by your Library team\, this workshop will focus on 
 how to search for information effectively\, techniques for note taking\, r
 eferencing\, exam revision and advice\, and how to best utilise the Librar
 y’s resources. This will help you to study more effectively and efficien
 tly and allow you to enjoy your learning!\nThis workshop is part of the Ch
 anging the Face of Science Programme (CFoS). This programme aims to provid
 e mentorship and skills development opportunities to underrepresented stud
 ents within the Faculty of Natural Sciences and promote an environment in 
 which all students can find their place at Imperial. As a member of CFoS y
 ou will be invited to events focused around excelling in your studies\; se
 curing funding for research/work experiences and creating and building you
 r personal and career networks.
