DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will present the Ultra High-Energy (UHE) neutr
 inos and their connection to multi-messenger astronomy. I will explain the
  main theories of the origin and formation of UHE neutrinos and cosmic ray
 s and introduce some of the most relevant experiments. The main techniques
  to measure UHE neutrinos and cosmic rays in ice will be covered\, with a 
 strong focus on the Antarctic Transient Impulsive Antenna (ANITA) experime
 nt. After going through the results from the four flights of ANITA\, I wil
 l introduce the plans for the new generation of ANITA\, the Payload for Ul
 trahigh Energy Observations (PUEO).
