Oracle Fusion will replace ICIS and some other systems (including Teamseer and Talentlink) in August 2026. This means everyone in Imperial will use Oracle Fusion in the future.
These sessions will provide an early opportunity for everyone across Imperial to see the Oracle Fusion system. These sessions are designed to help you begin to understand what the new system will mean for you.
The Basics session provides a basic understanding and is relevant for all Imperial employees. In this session you will see the ‘look and feel’ of the Oracle Fusion system and some of the core features and functionality. You will also see how Oracle Fusion is used to carry out the day-to-day employee tasks including managing your personal details, booking leave, and claiming expenses.
