SUMMARY:Introduction to the Self-Initiated Humour Protocol (online)
DESCRIPTION:A new ground-breaking study in algorithmic human development is
  now open to all Imperial College students.\nThe novel Self-Attachment Tec
 hnique and the Self-Initiated Humour Protocol have been developed as self-
 administered and algorithmic psychotherapy and laughter therapy\, which ha
 ve had great success in several pilot studies\, including one in 2023 in s
 trengthening users’ emotional wellbeing in addition to improvements in o
 ther aspects such as emotional self-regulation\, self-compassion\, resilie
 nce and use of self-enhancing humour.\nWe’re holding an introductory mee
 ting remotely on zoom on Wednesday 22nd October at 16:00 UK time.\nRecruit
 ment is now open for our new study in 2025. The study will be fully remote
 \, consisting of 8 weekly presentations lasting between 25-45 minutes\, an
 d requiring 20 minutes of individual daily practice of exercises.\nMore in
