 s the dependence of all business on nature\, and the “critical and perva
 sive systemic risk” that unsustainable business practices pose to the ec
 onomy and human wellbeing. The assessment also emphasised the need for a w
 hole-of-society-approach to collaboration to create an enabling environmen
 t where businesses are incentivised to protect and restore biodiversity.\n
 ​Building on these insights\, this event will bring together experts fro
 m across business\, finance\, policy and research to discuss the key findi
 ngs from the IPBES Assessment and unpack opportunities for cross-sectoral 
 collaborations to help both business and nature thrive.\n​Please note th
