 eakers:\n\nDr Katerina Petropoulou is a Research Fellow with a backgr
 ound in clinical nutrition and metabolic health. She has years of experien
 ce translating her research into real-world food\, health\, and product so
 lutions across academia\, healthcare and industry.  \n \n\n\nDr Wasim
  Akhtar is Head of Commercial at Pret A Manger. His talk will be on his jo
 urney from academic to industry\, beginning as a PhD student and leading i
 nto his current role in Pret A Manger. Within this he will discuss the key
  similarities and differences between academia and industry. \n\n\n \n\n
 \nDr Anna Cherta is a former PhD student at Imperial that now works as a s
 pecialist scientist in glucose and weight management at Nestlé. She will 
 talk about transitioning from academia to industry.\n \n\n\nKatie Dalliso
 n is an Imperial Careers Consultant. She will provide a short session high
 lighting broader ideas for beyond research within the food related areas a
 nd support ECRI can offer to students.\n\n
