  of Excellence in Sustainability through Life Cycle Approaches aims to con
 nect life cycle-related research and researchers. Our 2026 Symposium will
  bring together scholars\, practitioners and policymakers to discuss and e
 xplore the importance and need of life cycle (environmental\, economic or 
 social) teaching\, skills and knowledge\, and how these are crucial for ac
 hieving sustainable futures. The symposium aims to facilitate knowledge ex
 change\, collaborative research\, and strategic partnerships that can lead
  to impactful solutions for global sustainability challenges. \n\n\nKey T
 hemes\n\nThe application of life cycle thinking to tackle sustainability i
 ssues  \nThe current state of life cycle teaching and the need for skills
  by industry\nHow life cycle teaching will change in the future\n\n\n\nThe
 se themes will tie together and emphasise the importance of life cycle thi
 nking education and skills in creating sustainable futures.\n\n\nThe Sympo
 sium will consist of keynote speakers\, paper and poster presentations\, a
 nd two panel discussions. The paper and poster sessions are open to anyone
  working in the area of life cycle sustainability (environmental\, economi
 c or social) to present their work and prizes will be awarded to the best

 ing on the South Kensington Campus\, which is easily accessible by public

 underground to South Kensington Station (District\, Circle and Piccadilly 
 lines) and follows the signs for the museums and Royal Albert Hall. Imperi
 al College London is located on Exhibition Road next to the Science Museum
