DESCRIPTION:Led by Dr Kayla Schulte\, this hands-on session will be highly
  discussion-based and practical. It will include:\n\nReal-world scenarios
  (e.g. wood burning\, Low Emission Zones\, clinical conversations)\nInsigh
 ts from colleagues across social & behavioural science\, anthropology\, ps
 ychology\, healthcare\, and environmental data\n\n\nOpportunities to refle
 ct on and practise how these conversations unfold\n\n\nPractical ways to n
 avigate (not “win”) difficult conversations and simple approaches you 
 can apply in one-to-one interactions (with colleagues\, stakeholders\, co
 mmunities\, etc.)\n\nWorkshop participants will leave with:\n\nA set of pr
 actical principles/tools for navigating conversations about air quality a
 nd health\nHaving contributed to collective insight that will be shared mo
 re widely (e.g. through the Air Quality Communications Network)\n\nDr Schu
 lte will be joined by fellow Imperial colleagues and ECRs Nicole Cowell an
 d Daniella Watson\, as well as former NHS NEL Net Zero Manager Rebecca Wat
 ers and lecturer in STS at UCL\, Karl Dudman\, who bring complementary exp
