 lution using General Ledger codes during the freeze is being agreed with F
 aculty central teams and will be communicated in advance of the freeze. Eg
 encia itself remains available.\n\nHow Virtual Credit Cards work during th
 e freeze\nDuring the freeze\, Virtual Credit Cards may use a General Ledge
 r code rather than a Purchase Order number. Whether to use the old or new 
 Chart of Account codes will be confirmed in the guidance published before 
 go live. Normal purchasing processes resume after go live.
