 tmas and end of term events\nIf you are planning a Christmas party\, end o
 f term event\, or any other event in November or December that involves su
 pplier costs\, you need to raise a Purchase Order and get invoices in befo
 re these deadlines. These will not be treated as emergencies. Plan ahead 
 – the deadlines are firm.
