DESCRIPTION:What is happening\nWorktribe will stop sending project and awar
 d data to ICIS around 28 October. Worktribe also requires a configuration 
 upgrade during the cutover weekend. The exact downtime is still to be conf
 irmed and will becommunicated as soon as it is known.\nWhat you can still 
 do\n\nContinue working in Worktribe throughout the freeze. You can still b
 uild and prepare award and project records. Everything flows through to At
 las automatically when the integration restarts on w/c 16 November.\nConti
 nue doing research – the freeze affects financial transactions\, not res
 earch activity.\nGrant applications can still be submitted to funders.\n\n
 What you cannot do\n\nRaise Purchase Orders or transact against a project 
 code during the freeze.\nSet up new awards in Atlas until the system is li
 ve from w/c 10 November.\n\nGrant application deadlines\nIf you have a fun
 der deadline in late October or early November\, complete costings and app
 rovals before the freeze.\nWorktribe downtime\nDuring the freeze there wil
 l be a short period when Worktribe itself is also unavailable. We expect t
 his to be a few days at most. This is needed to update Worktribe’s confi
 guration to map to the new Atlas Chart of Accounts and to carry out some o
 ther background work. We are still testing exactly how long this will take
  and will communicate clearer dates as soon as we know.
