 ss technology\, healthcare\, and regulations to discuss how AI can be depl
 oyed safely and with positive impact in medical settings. This event is su
 itable for researchers\, HealthTech innovators\, policymakers\, clinicians
 \, investors\, or anyone interested in the evolving role of AI in health. 
 Through talks and interactive discussions\, attendees will engage with the
  latest thinking on innovation\, regulation\, safety and real-world implem
 entation of AI in health.\nAs Professor Aldo Faisal\, Director of the AI f
 or Healthcare Centres\, explains: “To really create positive impact with
  AI for healthcare\, we must focus on rigorous science\, thoughtful regula
 tion\, and collaboration across disciplines.”\nSpeakers\nEle Harwich\nEl
 e’s work focuses on helping clients within the digital health sector wit
 h their regulatory and go to market strategies. She has deep expertise in 
 digital health with particular focus on cutting edge technologies\, like a
 rtificial intelligence\, and regulation.\n\nKanwal Bhatia\nKanwal complete
 d her PhD in Medical Image Computing at Imperial College London in 2007. S
 he has since worked in academia\, developing novel algorithmic techniques\
 , as well as in industry and start-ups\, translating those techniques to r
 eal-world practice. Based on these experiences\, she founded Aival in 2020
 .\nColin Wilson\nColin is Deputy Director of Research Infrastructure in th
 e Office for Life Sciences in DHSC/DSIT. He leads the Government’s work 
 ensuring that the UK’s health research landscape supports the life scien
 ces sector\, with particular emphasis on genomics\, healthcare data\, AI\,
