 e speaker\nAndrew Rees (Chemistry 1988) is the Chief Executive Officer of 
 Crocs\, Inc.\, overseeing the brand’s global strategy and operations. Pr
 ior to joining Crocs\, Mr Rees served as Managing Director of L.E.K. Consu
 lting in Boston where he founded and led the firm’s Retail and Consumer 
 Products Practice for 13 years. He has also held the position of Vice Pres
 ident of both Strategic Planning and Retail Operations at Reebok Internati
 onal.\n\n
