 ge OBE FREng is one of the UK’s most influential engineers\, entrepreneu
 rs and advocates for diversity in STEM. From founding and leading a succes
 sful engineering and environmental consultancy to advising government and 
 championing social mobility\, her journey demonstrates the power of determ
 ination\, resilience and leadership.\nIn her talk at Imperial College Lond
 on\, Dr Savage will reflect on her personal and professional journey\, exp
 loring the challenges and opportunities she has encountered. She will disc
 uss the importance of representation\, entrepreneurship\, innovation and c

 Geologist and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jomas Associates\, a 
 leading engineering and environmental consultancy serving the construction
  industry. She has built a distinguished career spanning geotechnical engi
 neering\, environmental management\, business leadership and public servic
 e. \nA Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and Fellow of the Insti
 tution of Civil Engineers\, Dr Savage has been widely recognised for her c
 ontributions to engineering\, business and inclusion. Her work has support
 ed major infrastructure and development projects across the UK\, while her
  leadership has helped drive innovation and sustainable growth within the 
 construction sector. \nBeyond engineering\, Dr Savage is a passionate adv
 ocate for diversity\, inclusion and social mobility. She serves in several
  advisory and non-executive capacities\, including with the UK Government
