 elop your core clinical research skills\, such as clinical trial design\, 
 conduct and implementation\, research dissemination conduct\, critical app
 raisal\, applying for ethics and research funding\, and exploring a range 
 of challenging clinical research scenarios and contexts.\nYou’ll then sp
 ecialise in a chosen area of clinical research on one of three dedicated p
 athways:\nDiabetes and Obesity – Develop a deep understanding of the und
 erlying pathophysiology\, and research advances in the prevention\, manage
 ment and treatment of diabetes and obesity.\nHuman Nutrition – Gain deep
  insight into the latest developments of interplay of diet\, health and di
 sease\, such as gastrointenstinal tract mechanisms\, aging and chronic dis
 ease \, engaging with cutting edge research including investigative techni
 ques such as Camera technology\, Metabolomics and and Omic technology\, to
  accurately explore the most clinically relevant research questions.\nTran
 slational Medicine – Assess the challenges of drug development including
  clinical trial design\, and learn why most drug development programmes ar
 e unsuccessful\, and how to improve the success rate. You’ll also have a
 n opportunity to apply your practical experience and training to a researc
 h project.\nMultiple Long-Term Conditions (MLTC) – Receive high quality 
 training to equip you with the skills to conduct research within the compl
 ex and emerging field of MLTC. With a focus on real-world data approaches\
 , you will develop a deeper understanding of the research methodology rele
