DESCRIPTION:\nJoin colleagues from across Imperial for an engaging afternoo
 n exploring how we can create a more neuroinclusive culture within the Nat
 ional Heart and Lung Institute (NHLI) and beyond.\nThe event will bring to
 gether expert speakers\, Imperial colleagues\, students and researchers to
  share knowledge\, lived experiences\, practical guidance and the latest r
 esearch on neurodiversity. Attendees will gain a better understanding of n
 eurodiversity in the workplace and educational settings\, learn about supp
 ort available at Imperial\, and explore actions that can help foster a mor
 e inclusive environment for staff and students.\nThe programme will featur
 e keynote presentations from external experts\, perspectives from Imperial
  support services and networks\, personal experiences from neurodivergent 
 colleagues and students\, and examples of research and initiatives advanci
 ng neuroinclusion across the sector.\nThe event is open to all Imperial st
