 ter Haynes\, and the Deputy President (Welfare) of Imperial College Union\
 , Sarah Azam. You’ll also hear from other key staff and student represen
 tatives from your Faculty who will give you a flavour of all the thing’s
  you have to look forward to during your time at Imperial.\nThis talk is o
 nly for new first year undergraduate students from the following departmen
 ts:\n\nEarth Science and Engineering (ESE)\nMaterials\n\nYou don’t need 
 to register in advance. All new undergraduate students from these departme
 nts are invited.\nLocation information\nThis event is taking place off-cam
 pus in The Royal Geographical Society’s Ondaatje Lecture Theatre. This c
 an be accessed from Exhibition Road approximately 3-5 minute walk north of
  Imperial’s Main Entrance\, just before the entrance to Hyde Park. There
  will be Welcome Ambassadors in bright indigo t-shirts to help guide you a
