DESCRIPTION:As part of Imperial’s Mechanical Engineering course\, each se
 cond year student gives a technical presentation on a topic of their own c
 hoosing.\n\nEach year\, students present on a wide variety of topics\, whi
 ch have in previous years included:\n\n\nThe Physics Behind Formula 1 Cars
 \n\n\nHow Noise-Cancelling Headphones Work\n\n\nWhy Are Ships Shaped Like 
 They Are?\n\n\nThe Engineering Behind Spacecraft\n\n\nCan Rain Generate El
 ectricity?\n\n\nThe intended audience is Year 12 pupils studying science w
 ho have an interest in going to university to study a STEM subject. Sessio
 ns of up to six presentations last up to 90 minutes and run from the end o
 f October until the beginning of December.\n\nPresentation dates and times
 :\n\nTuesdays 4 pm- 6 pm (from 27th of October to 1st of December)\nThursd
 ays 10 am- 12 pm (from 29th of October to 3rd of December)\n\n\nIf you wou
 ld like to sign up to attend one or more of the sessions\, please fill out
