DESCRIPTION:This three part webinar series will use lived experiences\, int
 eractive activities\, open discussions\, and collaborative problem-solving
  to gain practical tools and insights to support inclusion in everyday pra
 ctice. You are welcome to join for one\, two or all three sessions. \nThi
 s series is organised and presented by Lillie Pakzad-Shahabi\, Neuro-oncol
 ogy Clinical Research Practitioner (Computational Oncology Lab) and Interi
 m Co-chair of Able.\nRather than focusing on specific diagnoses or labels\
 , this series will explore the barriers neurodivergent colleagues may expe
 rience and identify practical steps we can all take to create workplaces w
 here people can thrive. We hope that though learning directly through the 
 lived experience perspective we can create meaningful and impactful discus

 odiversity through a series of interactive activities designed to illustra
 te how workplace environments can create barriers for different ways of th
 inking and processing information. The session will also include guidance 
 from the Inclusion and HR teams on available support\, resources\, and rea
 sonable adjustments.\n\nWebinar 2: Conversations That Matter: Supporting N
 eurodivergent Colleagues\nTuesday 24 November 2026\, 16:00-17:00\nExplore 
 real-world workplace scenarios\, hear perspectives from both lived experie
 nce staff and managers/ supervisors\, and develop practical solutions to c
 ommon challenges. Topics will include communication\, reasonable adjustmen
 ts\, inclusive practices\, and strategies for fostering supportive workpla
 ce relationships.\n\nWebinar 3: Finding Your Voice\, Building Your Communi
 ty\nTuesday 1 December 2026\, 16:00-17:00\nFocus on self-advocacy\, wellbe
 ing\, disclosure\, psychological safety\, and community support. This sess
 ion will provide practical strategies for managing workplace challenges wh
 ile highlighting the importance of peer support and organisational resourc
 es.\n\nThe sessions will be recorded but recordings may be paused during q
 uestions to allow for open discussion.
