SUMMARY:Hands-on Data Analysis for Metabolic Profiling course
DESCRIPTION:This course is delivered twice per year\; online via Zoom in No
 vember/December and in person on our Hammersmith campus in June/July.\nTo 
 fully benefit from this course\, attendees will ideally have a basic knowl
 edge of analytic chemistry techniques.\nWe offer a comprehensive\, hands-o
 n training in processing and analysing metabolomics data from LC-MS and NM
 R technologies.\nAttendees will have the opportunity to:\n\nLearn directly
  from internationally recognised leaders in the field\;\nBenefit from prac
 tical training in computational techniques and statistical methods\;\nEnjo
 y excellent networking opportunities with IIPTC specialists and fellow tra
 inees.\n\n Course Aims\nThis 4 day course (spread over 5 days)  provides
  a comprehensive overview of data analysis for metabolic profiling studies
  focussing on data from NMR spectroscopy and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Sp
 ectrometry. It combines lectures and tutorial sessions using open source s
 oftware to ensure a thorough understanding of the theory and practical app
 lications.\n
